Your purchase of any game assets (such as Unity templates, RPG Maker MV plugins, graphical assets, etc.) from this website grants you a license to use them in the following ways:

• Licenses are only granted to individuals who have made a purchase with us. As such, in the event other employees within your company will be using the same assets, they must each place an order with us to secure their own individual license to use them. For larger companies, we can offer a discounted rate to cover all employees who might use the assets. To learn more, simply Contact Us.
• Whilst no royalties are owed on any games produced using assets purchased from us, we do require you to credit us for their use in your game’s credits. This credit should be directed to Yevgeniy Kizhner/Next Level Gaming.
• As mentioned above, credit must be given. Assets are licensed out to you, you are not the owner of said assets and cannot claim to be so.
• As you are not the owner and are merely licensing the assets from us, you cannot sell them on to third parties, nor should they be purchased from third parties. All of our assets must be purchased directly from us! Equally, they should not be gifted to anyone for free.
• Once purchased, you have the right to modify the files as you see fit for your unique needs. Credit must still be given, even when files have been modified.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you’re making an informed purchase. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, though we will work with you to resolve any issues you’re experiencing to the best of our ability.
• In the event you are experiencing an issue with your purchased asset, including any unknown bugs, an incomplete folder, or (a) wrong file(s), simply Contact Us and make us aware of this and we’ll assist you in any way we can as promptly as possible. Those issues do happen sometimes.
